- Description
- Our client is a leading originator of Debt. Currently they work with Eight Real Estate Debt funds effectively as an outsourced Origination Function. Covering all areas of Debt from Mezz to Senior on a UK and European Level (£15m to 250m) you will be part of an Execution and Origination team.
The role
- Full Origination of Debt Investments including client liaison
- Due Diligence and financial Modelling
- Presentation to credit committee
- Management of Analysts
- Working closingly with MD
Your background must be Real Estate Debt investment for a bank or an Adviser with full process from start to close
Analysts will support you in this role. Lots of opportunity and a diverse base to source from.
