Description
Our client is a Private Equity fund that has European coverage, investing into a number of sectors but mainly in to the Mid-Market area (£150-500M).

They are looking for an experienced individual to join and support the deal pipeline, while at the same time adding value to existing assets. The role will involve investment, Investor Relations and Portfolio management.

An ideal candidate will possess the following profile:

• 3/5 years experience from a top tier bank / boutique (Ideally in M&A or Lev Fin/Restructuring)
• Impressive academic background but sector Agnostic
• Confident technical modelling skills and training; ability to model from scratch (DCF and Ideally LBO) 
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a motivated drive to succeed and work in a small team
