The market although bad seems to be getting better!!! A bold statement I know, but while clients seem to have been holding off on recruitment for the last 6 months the worm is turning! Areas to keep an eye on are Charities (senior level), PFI, Emerging Markets (not Dubai), Restructuring and debt advisory. Interesting enough Bovis Homes are now classed as a Buy rather than Hold by Panmure (hopefully the property market is on its way back! German Banks (for Real Estate lending) and Student Housing are also expanding and worth monitoring.
