In a world of changing and challenging times the temptation is often to become very insular and focus entirely on ones own well being or those people who help you. Breaking this trend is a film called Pay It Forward starring Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt. It is simply story about a small boy who decides to conjure the notion of paying a favour not back, but forward--repaying good deeds not with payback, but with new good deeds done to three new people. The boys efforts to make good on his idea bring a revolution not only in the lives of himself but all around him. The film is very Hollywood but the concept is quite interesting and may I suggest you either watch the film or give it a try, you never know it might just change the life of someone else.
Remember the expression "pay it forward" is used to describe the concept of asking that a good turn be repaid by having it done to others instead. Good luck.
