Our Client is a real estate fund with an AUM approaching £150M. This is a build out exercise and the CEO is creating his leadership team to take the business to the next level. There will be a number of acquisitions as well as enhancing existing investments.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will cover all operational aspects pertaining to the portfolio which has a heavy bias towards logistics.
This is a brief job description created by the recruiter and the role will be an all encompassing hands on role with a heavy bias towards ensuring that the maximum value is being extracted from each existing and new investment.
Your duties will cover but will not be limited to three main areas, as follows:
- Optimisation of asset returns;
- Renegotiation of the rental leases;
- Overseeing acquisition processes and ensuring that everything goes to plan.
This is a small enough business to create your own role which will be about as hands on as it gets.
