- Description
- CircleSquare are currently working with an elite boutique with a strong international presence who are looking to add an associate 3 / VP1 to their debt advisory/DCM team. The reason for the hire is due to strong deal flow and a healthy pipeline of deals. The team originates, structures, and executes private and public debt and equity financing on behalf of the firm’s corporate clients across numerous industries. The team is not top heavy so there is great room for progression.
The ideal candidate requirements:
- Strong academic track record and achieved a 2:1 or equivalent degree and/or a MBA
- 6 or 7 years of investment banking experience (top tier IBD or boutique preferred), credit underwriting, debt structuring and syndication, or lending experience preferred, but not required)
- Strong deal exposure
- Solid LBO modelling skills
- Proven accounting, finance, financial modelling and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
