- Our client is a highly entrepreneurial tech M&A boutique with a strong international presence. Due to another period of extended growth and strong deal flow, they are looking to bring on an Analyst 1/2 and a new Graduate. This role would really suit a person who has a great love for all things tech related.
This is a role where you can gain great exposure on deals, much earlier than you would in bulge brackets and also be given more responsibility, not just sitting behind Excel and compiling pitch-books.
Key Responsibilities:
• The full range of responsibilities pertaining to M&A
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
• Creating merger and financial model analyses;
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models;
• Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
• Gathering public information through numerous sources;
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience for the analyst role.
• Graduate position; must have excellent academics and show a keen passion for tech
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Ideally training from leading team, bulge bracket or top boutique
• Tech experience in desirable
