- Description
- Circle Square is currently working with an entrepreneurial full service Investment Bank who are searching for an Analyst, Associate and VPs to join their Healthcare team which is one of the strongest worldwide. They are rapidly expanding, winning more mandates and are looking to grow given their incredibly strong deal flow and pipeline.
This is a team where you gain great exposure on deals covering M&A/ECM/DCM, as the team is very lean. Analysts will gain client exposure and NOT spend 90% of the time building pitchbooks. You will get a good mix of taking responsibility for the deals whilst bolstering your deal sheet with the mid-large cap mandates covering cross border transactions (EU/US). There is also room for progression as the team is not top heavy.
To be considered for this role, you must meet have the following:
- 2- 8 years experience from a bulge bracket/elite boutique/ACA (M&A teams only)
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong financial modelling skills;
- Solid academics and professional background
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
Key Responsibilities (dependant on level):
- The full range of responsibilities pertaining to Corporate Finance (Including Strategic support)
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
- Creating merger and financial model analyses;
- Generating discounted cash flow models and other models;
- Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
- Gathering public information through numerous sources;
- Creating merger, DCF and other financial models;
- Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
- Strategic research for clients
