- Our client is a leading Lender in the RE space, Looking for high margin and solid returns they will invest across the capital stack (Debt only) and across the UK. With £1 Bn to invest it’s a great position to be in.
If you are looking for an opportunity and you would like to work for a market leader.
You must have:
- Investment, Banking or Advisory experience in RE Debt – Ideally not large portfolio NPL deals
- Solid modelling and process running
- MUST be RICS accredited
