- Description
- We are working with a global leader in Real Estate private equity to hire an Analyst for a new Real Estate Secondaries Investing team they have established in London.
Their strategy is focused on opportunistic equity investments – secondaries, co-investments and special situations mid-market direct Real Estate deals in Europe and Asia (75% Europe / 25% Asia).
Because they operate mainly in the mid-market space they have a very strong deal flow and you will be exposed to a very wide range of deals in a fast-paced environment.
Working in a small team with a very flat structure you will be responsible for bottom-up valuation and analysis of real estate funds, companies, portfolios and assets, preparing IC memos and structuring and executing investments.
The team has a fantastic culture and the environment and level of responsibilities you will have will be considerably better than in a much larger team.
Candidates should have between 1 – 3 years of experience in Real Estate investment banking, Real Estate private equity, Real Estate finance / Real Estate debt.
