- Description
- We are working with one of Canada's leading pension funds to hire an Analyst for a new European Real Estate team they have established this year. Their strategy is focused on pan-European Value Add direct investing across a wide range of asset types including asset, portfolio, development and corporate investments.
They already have a track record in European Real Estate and plan to build out their portfolio significantly over the next few years from their committed source of capital.
Working in a team of 5 investment professionals, the role will involve working on all aspects of the deal life cycle from assisting with origination to analysis and execution. You will have lots of responsibility working in a small team with a flat structure in a start-up environment at a firm that plans to be one of the most active investors in European Real Estate over the next few years.
It is worth mentioning the culture there is great and really relaxed.
European language skills are a bonus but not essential.
