Senior Finance Manager

- Permanent - London - £60-£100k + bonus + benefits

Our client are a leading property fund with influence in the UK and Europe. This role is highly crucial in the running of the fund and reports directly to the Finance Director. We are looking for a highly commercial individual that is ACA qualified and has experience with Debt, Cash, Treasury and Tax. You will be supporting the provision of debt strategy (external and internal), looking at debt compliance, cash forecasting and Tax services and strategy.

As the Senior Finance Manager you will

- Assist the FD in formulating companies debt strategy, level of leverage / risk and bank relationships etc
- Preparation of cash-flow analysis, forecasting and solvency calculations for KPI board reporting
- Prepare recommendations to the SPV and holding company boards and service providers
- Strategic tax planning/ structuring for asset and corporate acquisitions, JV and other investments
- Tax compliance / planning
- Liaise with with local compliance and tax consulting specialists

Key Skills

- ACA Qualified
- Experience with Debt and tax
- Inter-personally strong, able to work autonomously with exceptional communication skills
- Minimum of two years PQE
- Knowledge of external bank/ property debt
