Retail, stock accountant

My client is an international music brand that is modern, successful and recognisable who own several venues and record labels.

They are currently looking for a part qualified management accountant with a background in retail or has experience in stock. With your skills in retail finance you will be encouraged to learn as much as possible and be trusted with some extremely exciting work.

You must have a background in retail to be considered for this exceptional opportunity.

Duties include

-Complete monthly management accounts and report on all variances
-Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
-Update detailed year end forecasts on a monthly basis
-Prepare and agree weekly reconciliations of the cash night safe and ATM machine
-Weekly reporting & analysis of the company`s performance
-Prepare the annual budgets with the help of the Group FC
-Assist management in improving the profitability of their business
-Produce ad-hoc project P&L`s based on different scenarios
