Fund Accountant

- Permanent - London - £50-£55k + bonus + benefits

Our client are a leading Real Estate private equity fund and administrator based in central London with a strong history and excellent reputation. They take pride in hiring only the best individuals that suit their business and can service their clients in the approach they have. This is an extremely crucial role within the business as you are effectively one of the key individuals between the business and many of the clients so you will need to be interpersonally strong, dynamic and hungry to progress. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and work very closely with a variety of teams across the business.

Responsibilities

- Manage a large portfolio of funds
- Prepare and present timely management reports for multiple entities on a monthly and quarterly basis according to variety of guidelines (i.e. INREV)
- Commitment/ investment summaries, acquisition costs, cashflows and IRR reports etc
- Cashflow forecasting and analysis
- Dig down and add value to the funds with thee work you are performing
- Manage a team of three
- Ad hoc projects

Skills/ Requirements

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Experience within property/ Real Estate
- Fund accounting experience essential
- Strong interpersonally, commercial and able to deal with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of Yardi (not essential)
