Financial Analyst

- Permanent - London - £43-£48k + bonus + benefits

Our client are a leading multifaceted media organisation with offices around the globe as well as several nationally. As a business they cover a wide range of media including production, events, online and print. We are looking for a bright and motivated Media experienced Finance Analyst to handle one of their most prestigious areas from their central London office. You will be crucial in the day to day running of a section of the events business providing vital information and planning analysis to senior managers. Experience within media is essential and if you have experience with events and external controls that would be ideal.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate budget performance
- Commercial and performance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts
- Production of weekly KPI`s and commentary
- Planning and project analysis
- Forecasting
- Ad hoc projects

Skills and qualifications

- Qualified accountant
- Experience within Media ideal
- Strong management accounts/ business analyst experience
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen

You will report directly to the Finance Controller of this division as well as a dotted line through to the group FC offering superb learning and progression opportunities in a growing organisation.
