Finance Manager

- Permanent - London - £50-£62k + bonus + benefits

Our client are a multinational property and construction business with an exceptional name in the market and one of the most dynamic commercial finance teams in the sector. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to directly support the group Finance Controller with performance management and financial control of the UK business Unit. You will be directly involved in the preparation of business strategy and annual business plan and be expected to develop and manage a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Performance management
- Preparation and management of financial forecasts for two business Units
- Evaluation of new business opportunities
- Assist in Analysis of business unit investment proposals, IRR`s & NPV`s
- Management and oversight of financial accounts function
- Drive business improvements, development of financial & admin procedures
- Management and motivation of finance team x4

Key skills & experience

- ACA/ CPA or equivalent
- Several years post qualified experience
- Man Management
- Ideally experience within property development, construction or property related industry
- Experience with Oracle
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and social skills
