FTSE business/ Qual/ Finalist CIMA Project accountant

Are you a finalist or Qualified CIMA accountant with a background in technical project accounting? Are you looking for a challenge in a supportive and encouraging environment working for a FTSE 100 business?

My client is an impressive and unique business. Based in central London, my client has an impressive record of year on year growth despite difficult times. Due to new acquisitions globally my client has money to spend in developing their unique products.

My client will be looking for a capable and technically minded project accountant with preferably a background in CIMA with PQE. You will be excited at the prospect of working within a high profile role and relish the idea of managing a budget of $1.2 Billion.

Day to day duties would include

-Build a model, initially in excel, to track milestones achieved and forecast on both an accruals and cashflow basis for each work package of the project.
-Provide programme managers with monthly project reports.
-Ensure that accurate information is recorded in SAP.
-Ensure that capitalisation of internal staff costs working on the project is accurate.
-Provide input into the capex forecast, annual budget and long range financial planning processes
