25k Property Credit Control 1 year maternity contract
- Interim or Contract - London - £23-£25k + bonus + benefits
My client based in lovely offices in central London is a residential property manager.
Due to impending maternity leave they now have an opening for an exceptional candidate looking to involved in managing a billings and invoicing process and grow their profile within a brand and with a designated portfolio.

You will need
-Knowledge of accounts and Credit control in a property environment
-Detailed experience to include, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations and invoicing. A knowledge of Accounts Payable would be beneficial.
-Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge required. Experience in other Microsoft Windows products (Word) beneficial.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills, must be able to communicate with people at all levels.
-Self motivated, flexible and organised.
