Role description
Based in Prague: CZK 70,000 - 90,000 per month plus bonus
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (‘FP&A’), the FP&A Manager for the Content Division will support the Head of FP&A to monitor and analyse the financial performance of the Content Division on a monthly basis and the annual budget process, prepare periodic long-term forecast models and perform specialized analytical tasks in relation to the Content Division as requested.
Key responsibilities include:
· Analyse the Content Division’s performance against budgets and forecasts including key performance metrics, market dynamics, revenue, costs, trading cash flow and capital expenditure, etc;
· Support the Head of FP&A and Central Finance with the preparation of monthly management reports in relation to the Content Division
· Develop and test detailed annual budget packs of the Content Division for station submissions and executive summary packs for management review; · Support the Head of FP&A to coordinate, review and challenge the annual budget and long-term forecasts of the Content Division;
· Support Central Finance to prepare the Management & Discussion Analysis section of the Content Division of the company's quarterly SEC filing;
· Support Central Finance to prepare quarterly earnings call presentations relating to the Content Division;
· Working with the Group Finance team to identify, develop and implement reporting formats and templates to meet new and changing requirements;
· Respond to ad hoc queries from the Head of FP&A, Finance Director and Director of Strategic Planning & Operations

· Head of FP&A and the FP&A Team
· Central Finance team;
· Finance Director and Director of Strategic Planning & Operations of the MediaPro Entertainment/Content Division
· Country Finance Directors
Skills, knowledge and Experience:
· A high level of knowledge of and skills in accounting, finance, and business analysis required through training and at least 2 to 3 years experience in a relevant discipline.
· Previous experience in the media or communications industry would be advantageous;
· An appreciation of the importance of financial systems and processes to delivering high quality financial analysis. Detailed knowledge of Hyperion applications would be useful.
· Ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the business and its risks and opportunities;
· Ability to liaise and interact well both within a team and with more senior employees;
· Reliable and dedicated, with a positive approach and an exemplary level of commitment to completing the task;
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, delegate appropriately and multi-task; and
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
