Senior Financial Accountant

- Permanent - Surrey - £40-£55k + bonus + benefits

Our client are a leading brand in the Automotive industry and are currently seeking a strong Financial accountant to join their growing team. Your role is key in the overall group performance due to the commercial role you are performing, not just preparing monthly accounts but looking at strategy and planning too. As Senior financial accountant you will report to the Group Financial Controller with a dotted line to FD.

Key Responsibility`s

- Preparation of monthly accounts (Financial and Management)in line with accounting standards
- Prepare weekly forecasts, identifying performance trends
- Provide annual branch budgets and matching 6 monthly forecasts
- Drive operational and cost analysis and identify key strategy
- Ad- hoc projects
- Manage staff (2-3)

Key Criteria

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience pulling together management accounts
- You MUST have experience within the automotive industry, this is ESSENTIAL
- Planning and forecasting
- Strong communication skills
- Ambitious and keen to progress
