- We are working with one of the world's leading multi-strategy private investment firms to hire a Senior Associate / Principal for their Investor Relations team in London.The firm has approximately $30BN in capital under management and has a focus on Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate investment opportunities.They have developed an excellent fund raising track record and reputation as a great place to work, with a lot of emphasis placed on their culture.Due to expansion the firm is seeking to hire a Senior Associate / Principal to work directly with the head of the team on the coverage of European clients.The role will provide a high level of responsibility and autonomy, working in a small team with a flat structure.Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 8 years career experience
- Preferably with proven experience in an investor relations / fund raising / business development role at a recognised private equity firm, hedge fund, credit fund or real estate private equity fund
- Candidates currently working in M&A, ECM or Hedge Fund Sales at a bulge bracket investment bank that would be interested in moving into Investor Relations would also be considered
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent face to face client liaison skills
- Strong academic track record
- Team oriented and collaborative person who will be able to coordinate between London and NYC based teams
