Our client is one of London Fastest growing and opportunistic developers working across the UK market. With one of the largest development projects going at the moment and plenty of dry powder they are looking to go through a change cycle.
Supporting the CEO (EX-US PE fund recently joined) you will be helping him build the platform and transform a dynamic organisation into a world-class fund. This will involve
* Strategic review of OpCo, PropCo bolt on Acquisitions
* Investment modelling and advisory to the CEO
* Portfolio Review and advice
* Adhoc projects supporting the CEO
This is an extraordinary organisation and role, you will be at the cutting edge of the change in the organisation if you have the following;
* IBD background - Ideally a RE background, but interest and Passion for RE will suffice
* Ideally M&A or Principal Investment
* Analyst 2 - Assoc 2
