We are working with a well-established boutique Real Estate private equity fund to hire an Analyst for their Investment team in London.
The firm has Value Add / Opportunistic and Core Plus investment strategies and focuses on mid-cap pan-European direct Real Estate investment opportunities. They have made a number of investments in the UK as well as Spain and the Nordics.
The firms partners have great track records in European Real Estate private equity, having held senior positions at some of the leading names in the market.
They are well capitalised (both from raised funds and separate accounts) and plan to be very active with new investments.
As an Analyst at the firm you will work across the whole acquisition process, from origination to execution including raising debt financing. You will also have an oversight on asset management initiatives.
They are a very meritocratic firm and will give their juniors plenty of responsibility. The firm has a great culture and believes in the long term incentivisation of the team.
Candidates must be able to meet one of the following experience criteria:
- 1 - 3 years Real Estate Investment Banking experience (M&A or Financing)
- Recently qualified ACA or CFA from a Big 4 Real Estate Corporate Finance or Real Estate Deals team
