Our client is one of the leading highly expansive banks in London. With a Merchant banking style M&A, Principal Transactions and special sits team which differentiates them from the rest of the market and makes them closer to a Distressed PE fund than a normal bank makes this one of the best opportunities in the market.
The team are expanding massively and putting lots of balance sheet to work across multiple sectors including Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial and TMT, covering mostly Sell-side but Balance sheet backed Buyside deals (Special sits not levfin)
The requirement:
* Any sector M&A background, will look at good CA or equity research if exceptional bank and sector relevant
* Strong Modelling experience
* Ability to start to run processes and present effectively (credit committee)
* Associate 2 level.
