- Description
Our client is a strategic and highly Savvy Private Equity fund, with £50Bn plus in investments and a discretionary property fund worth well over £5bn (European) the fund is open ended so is continuously taking more investment from its main investors and investing across the world and across sectors with a focus on 'Main' / High end cities (Singapore, London, Paris, New York and Madrid to start). Although the US Fund Looks after the US investments
Working closely with the MD and the team you will have responsibility for the entire Asset management work for the European Investments. This will involve negotiating Leases, building Property Management relationships and running the business Plan, all with the sole goal of optimising returns and revenue this is a truly Entrepreneurial role.
Background:
* Ideally a Qualified surveyor, although could be from a non-QS role.
* Strong financials and ability to work on Global platforms across sectors (mostly high end retail and office/ Commercial)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to pick up and run Properties portfolios from the origination point through to sale
* Involvement in the Acquisition cycle and working closely with the Investment Team.
* Autonomous and Entrepreneurial, the MD wants some one who will run with roles
