We are working with one of the world's leading Real Estate private equity funds to hire an established Associate for their European Acquisitions team in London.
The firm is a global leader in Real Estate private equity and has a broad and flexible pan-European investment mandate.Target investments include the acquisition of opportunistic direct Real Estate assets and portfolios, corporate private equity investments in the Real Estate sector and the acquisition of Real Estate backed non-performing loan / distressed debt portfolios across a wide range of Real Estate asset types.
The firm is very well capitalised, has a great culture and gives their Associates lots of responsibility and autonomy.
As an Associate in this high calibre team you will be responsible for managing deals independently with the support of junior team members; sourcing, analysing, structuring and monitoring investments across Europe, taking a lead on due diligence / deal execution processes and mentoring and developing Analysts in the team.
The firm is targeting candidates with 3 to 5 years career experience, with at least 2 years' experience in Real Estate private equity acquisitions at a well recognised firm.
