- Description
Our client is a small but rapidly growing hotel company, following several years of significant investment and growth they are now looking to expand their property acquisition team. They are looking for someone who can identify and source the perfect deals that fit the company's brand / portfolio.
Job Description:
- Reporting Directly to CIO the Associate will analyse and research real estate investment and development opportunities across Europe.
- Support deals team through transaction process
- Investment modelling and analysis
- Market analysis; trends in Hotel markets
- Support team and help with training of junior staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-7 years Real Estate multi-sector experience including in the living sectors (hotels, residential or service apartments)
- Real Estate Investment banking, Private Equity or Big 4 (Lead advisory or Deal advisory teams) experience.
- Strong modelling skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to European cities when required
- Legally able to work in the UK.
