Our client is a leading Tech M&A and Fundraising shop, working on cross border and collaborative transactions they are a market leading business. Different from lots of Tech players they actually understand what their clients do and therefore have an edge that others don't they are looking to expand the team to fill a bench gap.
They are currently looking to bring an Analyst/Associate on to join their growing team. If you love Tech then this is the role for you.
The role
- Managing deal flow from the MDs and work on the forefront of all deals
- Financial modelling
- Work on execution of deals
- Production of IM´s and Pitchbooks
- Company and Sector Research and Mapping
As part of the build, you will also be given a niche space/ Clients to work with. The idea being that you will grow within the business as they support you in your development.
