Our client is an elite boutique who are looking to add a senior Analyst / Associate to their restructuring team. If you are looking for a role that is more than M&A, where you can be involved in the most complex, difficult and rewarding deals in the market, this could be the opportunity for you;
The role is an Advisory role; however, this is not like working for another Restructuring shop or an M&A team. Focus on Corporate side, supporting companies in renegotiating distressed debt structures.
The role:
- Financial modelling
- You will lead some of the best, most interesting, variable and complex deals from start to finish
- Work above and beyond your level on deals.
- Cross Border deals and Com/Shifts
- Working across Corporate, Fund and Banking deals
- World Leading team and Organisation
- Excellent progression and room for promotion
Candidate requirements:
- 2-5 years experience from a Leading Restructuring team in OR BIG 4 restructuring team.
- Strong communicator
- Excellent LBO modelling experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player and can work to tight deadlines
