- Description
Our client has been in the UK and German market covering Industrials for the last 10 years with success in the Mid and Large cap space (they closed a €2.5bn deal two years ago and each year close at least 2-3, €100M plus deals) after a few successful years their main issue with closing more deals has been not having a US presence.
This has been solved as they have merged with a mid-Market US Player (over 300 Bankers across the USA). With the extra brand behind them, they are now looking to Ramp the organisation in the UK and Europe.
They mainly cover M&A and Debt Advisory, however they are a true strategic advisor so exposure is across the space.

Candidate Requirements:
- ACA (1-2 PQE years in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance team is essential) OR Analyst 3 - Associate 2 level from an investment banking background (M&A, Corporate finance teams).
- Excellent communication skills as you will be working with C-Suite within FTSE companies.
