- Our client is one of the leading boutiques in the M&A, Debt advisory and restructuring market. They have been profitable through the down turn and are looking to expand again ahead of the market. They have a proven track record in delivery to clients across sectors but mainly in the UK Market. The Industrials team is probably one of the best known in the market and one of the best represented in the FTSE 250.
Currently they are looking for a strong Entrepreneurial Associate to join their team.
You will be expected to;
- Work closely with the MD's and partners in executing the deals (dealing directly with C-Suite Clients)
- Have the ability to deal with multiple projects across the Industrials Sector.
- Enjoy being intellectually challenged, these are complex and difficult deals (hostile Take over Defence etc)
- Have excellent academics and proven track record of M&A ideally in Industrials
- Deal with Senior clients but also be happy to roll up your sleeves when required
This role will grow quickly into a Vice-President/ Associate Director role so the ability to take on responsibility is essential.
