- Description
- We have an exciting mandate live with an expanding Real Estate shop. Our clients are expanding rapidly and looking to take on-board experienced Real Estate professionals. With a very healthy deal flow and expanding the business in to Private Equity they now need to get more Execution capacity to their teams.
This role is a combination of Corporate Finance Debt Advisory with complex deals and Investment and Development with the Private Equity fund.
The role:
- Expanding with a complete new team
- Residential Debt/Equity Origination roles including complex deals
- Shop with strong network with Developers / Housing Associations in Residential sector
- Well know in their niche sector
- Growing shop with great career progression
- PE fund 1 of 5 raised for acquisitions with a target of total £1bn
- Entrepreneurial and Dynamic environment
- Origination and Execution
- Real Estate Debt Advisory or Acquisitions Experience (combo preferable)
- 1-6 years experience with at least 2 years from Real Estate sector
- PRS / Residential /Social Housing exposure
- Origination and Execution from Real Estate sector
