The role:
-Managing current ICO Mandates (all secure businesses with solid Cash flows) – they have several senior guys who have been running deals for 2 years (the start of the market)
- Helping origination new ICO mandates.
- Helping understand the processes and the developments in the Market
- Helping Develop new Products based on ICO’s
Your background:
- Solid CV covering Corporate Finance and Ideally ECM / Placement
- Ability to run ECM (closely related) processes
- Ability to deal with Clients and Investors
- As they are adding a legitimacy to ICO’s your Profile should have strong companies/ Reputable companies on it
