If you are looking for a role that is more than M&A, where you can be involved in the most complex, difficult and rewarding deals in the market, this could be the opportunity for you;
The role is an Advisory role, however this is not like working for another Restructuring shop or an M&A team;
- Unlike M&A, you lead the deal (CEO's need you to tell them what to do).
- You will lead up to 15 banks and funds in Structuring situations
- You will lead some of the best, most interesting, variable and complex deals from start to finish
- Cross Border deals and Com/Shifts
- Working across Corporate, Fund and Banking deals
- World Leading team and Organisation
- Sustainable work life balance (this is a bank of course!)
What do you have to have/ be for this role?;
- Associate 0/1 from a Leading Restructuring team OR Leading Bank in LevFin or M&A
- Strong communicator and able to deal with CEO's
- Excellent LBO modelling experience
