- Description
- Our client is a leading Private Equity fund with a small foot Hold in London. With an Aggressive Expansion plan and a desire to build from 5 people to a fully serviced investment vehicle covering all aspects of investment into the Real Estate Space.
You will be investing into;
- Companies via JV’s, CO-Invest and SPV’s (£100 -600m)
- Debt – same Deal size
- Company acquisitions (including carve outs and delisting)
- Large Portfolios of Value add and Opportunistic deals across Europe from Office to Student housing - No core investments
Your role;
- Financial modelling of Investments
- Business Plan creation and management
- Portfolio and Investment management
Your background
- Leading Real Estate Team in an investment Bank, PE/ Investment fund or Corporate Finance team.
- Strong Modelling skills
- Strong Academics
- Ideally Spanish Language skills
