- Our client are the Leading Fund of Fund Real Estate investor. They are currently looking to bring on analyst into their team. This is a great opportunity to gain excellent training along with a clear line of progression.
Job Details:
- Evaluation of Real estate investments (equity Direct and Indirect)
- Due Diligence on the investments
- Financial Modelling creating and updating the portfolio models
- Portfolio management and reporting to the Investors (Quarterly)
Requirements:
- Ideally Japanese speaker
- Strong academics
- Passion for Real Estate and experience in PE RE investment evaluation and portfolio management or solid Real Estate Financial Modelling
- Some financial modelling experience would be helpful
- Proactive Strategic Management in Real Estate including Work out
- ideally 1- 5 years work experience in Real Estate
