- Job Description – Office Manager
Our Client is a Real Estate Asset Manager with offices in the heart of Mayfair.
The culture is important to them and they have created a great working environment that is warm, friendly and also very driven.
To apply for this role you should be process driven and highly organised with excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Illustrator skills (latter two is ideal but necessary).
On a personal front you must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with a confident and assertive manner.
This is a varied role and covers a number of areas:
Office management:
- Ensuring the office is presented to a very high standard including looking at ways to enhance the working environment;
- Management of the office diary and Director's diary;
- Ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of stationary and office supplies while always looking for value for money;
- You will be the sole point of contact for all office infrastructure;
- We are looking for someone who would be interested in getting involved in all of the marketing and working with an external supplier to possibly redesign the website;
- You will also liaise with the investors and hence the requirement for strong communication skills.
Marketing & Advertising
- If you are creative all the better as part of this role will entail designing and sending mailshots. This will be yours exclusively and is good opportunity for you to take control of external marketing.
- The production of ad hoc marketing information inclusive of brochures and other related marketing material.There are a number of projects for you to take on.
- Come up with new ideas about how to promote our business
