- We are working with one of the world’s leading private investment firms to hire an Analyst for their European Real Estate Asset Management team in London.
The role will involve the management of the firm’s pan-European opportunistic direct Real Estate portfolios and will provide the successful individual with the opportunity to work on a broad and diverse range of initiatives across different Real Estate asset types and geographies.
As well as a wide variety of financial and asset management responsibilities, the role will also involve working on bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies / operating platforms.

Their Asset Management team is viewed as comparable to their Acquisitions team, both in terms of compensation and the calibre of candidate they are seeking to hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in the asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolios
- Monitoring of current investments to track their performance and identify the optimal operating and financial strategies to be implemented
- Updating and execution of the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset/portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects
- Updating and creation of financial models and analysis for re-forecasting purposes
- Preparation of material for investor reporting
- Liaise with external operating parties
- Assist the team in the on-board of new investments and new acquisitions into the existing investment platform
- 1 – 2 years experience within the real estate sector in private equity funds, investment banks, asset management or advisory firms
- Strong real estate cash flow modelling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise face to face with external parties, building positive working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Fluency in a European language is desirable but not essential
- Excellent academic track record
