- Description
We are currently working with a Private Equity Real Estate business who are looking to add an analyst to their team.
You will provide financial modelling, analytical and strategic support on a range of projects and potential investments, and portfolio acquisitions.
The role:
- Production of DCF models
- Support for the acquisition of Real Estate in UK and Europe
- Evaluation of Real Estate Proposals
Key Requirements- 1 - 3 years RE experience (M&A, Transaction services, Surveying)
- Keen interest in real estate sector
- Strong academics
