Our client is one of the leading US Boutiques in London over the last 10 years, leading in M&A, ECM and Debt related deals.
This sector team is one of the longest standing and best teams in the business with an amazing culture and a great MD's. Solid Deal flow across Mid and Large cap deals;
The role:
* Full Deal execution including Building models and running processes (with support of course)
* Origination, including exposure to clients
* Coverage of M&A, Debt Advisory/ RX and ECM in the Energy space
Your Background:
* Ideally you will have Exposure in the Energy space in M&A
* Ideally you will be 2018 intake or 2017 at a push
* Autonomy and ability to pick up work above your level
There is flexibility on the above however not on all aspects - 2018/17 is essential, Energy is flexible, autonomy and intelligence are not negotiable.
