Our client is one of the leading Tech Franchises in London. This is the best team in the best boutique! Working across the M&A, Debt Advisory and ECM space you will be covering M&A yourself.
Role:
- Excellent MD's covering Software, Internet, Payments and FinTech
- The team has a very strong deal flow
- You will be working on complex and cutting-edge deals
- Excellent Exposure to seniors and lots of head room (Senior Associate above)
- All the guys have a 'Passion' for Tech
Candidate Profile:
- Currently working at a Leading Bank or Boutique (or leading Tech Boutique)
- Solid Deal flow
- Passion for Tech, Ideally with Experience in Tech M&A (Placement is OK, but you will have to have some M&A as well)
- 2016 or 2017 intake
- Solid Modelling experience
