Our client is a leading Tech and Media M&A business with a VC fund to invest into Growth Capital Stage deals. Great Team with a strong family oriented culture they execute deals but actually care about the people that work there, so if you are looking for good mid-Market Deal-flow across M&A and Capital raising in the Media and Tech space across Europe this is a great opportunity.
The roles:
- Analyst 1-3 , Associate 0/1 and 2 x Interns
- Tier 1 institutions priority across bulge bracket, large banks, leading independent banks and elite boutiques
- Completed a technical training programme
- No Big 4 candidates and no non-investment banking (Non-M&A) backgrounds
- Sell-side experience a must (e.g. writing Information Memorandums, Teasers, understanding the process)
- Decent amount of pitch work completed (e.g. ability to present a business case)
- Ideally Northern/Western European Language candidates (e.g. UK, Nordics, DACH, France, Benelux) plus English
- Interns - must have at least one other Intern at a Leading Bank in M&A. The Intention is to turn the Interns into Analyst 1 in 6 months.
