Our client is a leading Real Estate Firm specialising in the workspace sector who are looking to add an M&A associate on a contract basis to their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting CIO and Group M&A Director.
- Involvement in supporting and developing the business in existing and new markets.
- Financial modelling and evaluation of investments.
- Support other group projects as required.
- Writing reports and preparing presentations.
- M&A deal origination activities with advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Due diligence of investment opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Financial Modelling skills.
- 3 - 5 years M&A or Transaction services experience (Sector Agnostic - must have strong modelling skills)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
