- Description
We are working with one of the world's leading hedge funds to hire an Associate for their European Real Estate Investing team in London.
They have a broad opportunistic European Real Estate strategy targeting pan European Special Situations / distressed investments including equity, corporate, NPLs / distressed debt and mezzanine. They have invested around $5BN into European Real Estate over the last few years and are actively growing their AUM.
Working in a small deal team with a flat structure the Associate will perform a broad hands-on role, from assisting with origination to analysis and execution of pan European opportunities.
The firm has a great culture - very collegiate and meritocratic.
An ideal profile for the role would be 2 to 4 years' Real Estate investment banking and / or Real Estate private equity investing experience.
European language skills would be helpful but not essential.
