- Description
Our client is a leading Private Equity fund, however as part of an expansion plan, they have brought in a top Tier Investor to build out the Special Sits and Growth Capital Investing Strategy. The Strategy is to invest in high return (relative risk) sectors with double digit yearly returns. They have most recently invested into a new fast expanding restaurant chain and into a New York based start Up.
As part of this they have substantial deal flow in the £1-20mn space and are looking for a strong Senior Associate and VP to join their team. This is a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial role and your role will position you in Prime spot.
The role:
- Full Deal evaluation including Modelling, DD, Risk through to Credit Committee Presentations
- Investments into Projects across the world (US to Southern Europe)
- Equity Structuring of deals.
- High Autonomy
Candidate requirement:
- 5-7 Years' experience within Corporate Finance / M&A or Big 4 (Transaction services, Lead Advisory, Deal Advisory Teams).
- Excellent modelling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- 2:1 Minimum Degree from a recognised University
- Strong time management and excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in a European Language would be a bonus (Not Essential)
