Our client is a leading a boutique investment bank who are looking for an Analyst to join their team. The analyst will be working predominately within the industrials team. This is a great opportunity to work on some very interesting deals and offers great responsibility for its level.
Job Description:
- Financial Modelling (DCFs)
- Preparing Memos, IMs & Presentations
- Due diligence
- Assist Senior team members with other projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months M&A experience, either from an Investment bank or Big 4 (transaction services, lead advisory, Corporate finance team)
- Minimum 2:1 Degree from a well established university
- Excellent modelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- German Language skills (bonus but not essential)
