Associate 1-2 Leading Tech Boutique

Our client is a leading Tech M&A boutique, working on cross border and collaborative transactions they are one of the leaders in their field. Currently they are working with some of the worlds leading Funds and Entrepreneurs.

They are currently looking to bring on Associates to join their growing team. If you love Tech, then this is the role for you.

The role

• Managing deal flow from the MDs and work on the forefront of all deals
• Financial modelling & reviews
• Work on execution of deals
• Attend client meetings
• Pitchbooks, IMs and Client Research
• Training & reviewing Analyst works

As part of the build, you will also be given a niche space/ Clients to work with. The idea being that you will grow within the business as they support you in your development.

Candidate requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience within an M&A team at an Investment Bank or Boutique. Our client will also look at strong Corporate Finance candidates from the Big 4 who have at least 1 years PQE experience within lead advisory teams.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Although tech sector experience is not a requirement, previous experience or a strong passion for the tech sector would be a bonus.
• Strong communicator
• Able to work above and beyond their level.
