Our client is a Leading International Investment Bank with expertise in M&A, Capital Markets and Debt Advisory and Restructuring. Consistently top ranked institution across all its products, within Financial Restructuring they have been continually recognised as a Cutting-edge institution on a worldwide basis.
They are now looking to add an Associate 2/3 to their team. You will be part of a team that has unrivalled transaction experience in all the major European markets.
The group are renowned for completing highly complex and highly leveraged situations in a short time frame, a recognised leader in achieving M&A transactions for distressed firms. Training and support are embedded in the team as well as an ethos for personal development and ambition to succeed within a team environment.
The role:
- Leading Debt Restructuring transactions across Corporate, Creditor and Bank side deals (Mostly supporting the CEO's of Corporates in Defensive Strategy)
- Working with the best of class MD's in delivering Complex, Cross Border execution Company, business and asset valuation
- Preparation of IM's, management presentations and marketing pitches
- Building relationships with clients, prospective clients and professional advisers
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-6 years' experience within a top tier investment bank or boutique working with M&A or Restructuring. Will also look at big 4 ACA qualified candidates from restructuring teams.
- Solid DCF and LBO modelling skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Willing to work above their level and take on more responsibility.
