Our client is one of the op Real Estate Investment Managers. The Debt and Special Situations team are now looking to hire a Graduate Analyst.
The role will entail lots of training and getting to understand the team and what they do.
You will be responsible for analysing complex structured investment opportunities and supporting team members on all aspects of the investment process.You will also support team members in providing financial modelling, interacting with external advisors, performing detailed due diligence and preparing investment committee memorandums.
Requirements:- Minimum 2:1 and studied an analytical subject, Maths, Economics, Finance etc. (Ideally 2020 or 2021 graduated)
- Good excel skills (Bonus if you have modelling experience).
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
