Description

Our client is a leading M&A and corporate Finance Advisor in the Baltic States. They have worked in the mid ($400Mn plus) and lower level space however avoiding the large deals which can be laborious with little chance of success.

They are turning down work as they struggle to find the man-hours to run all the Sell-Side processes they are given to engage on, so we have been mandated to find an English Speaking Associate who would like to work remotely, this role can be either on a contract basis or full time.

Candidate Requirements:

  • You must have 3-5 years (will look at more) in the Corporate Finance space (Ideally M&A but will look at Debt, ECM, DCM etc).
  • Strong Modelling skills
  • Solid communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
